Learn about the art of woodcuts, a centuries old form of relief printing. Enjoy cutting into wood with a knife or graver using your own composition creating different textures, lines, heights and depth then rolling ink over the wood and pulling your 1st print. An exciting process, were the work is only revealed once you have printed onto paper.

Think of developing your print with a preliminary concept of black and white, with the option of hand coloring. It is simple and stunning once you know how!
