Our inspirational workshops are contemporary art based…All our tutors are artists in their own right, with a deep understanding of the creative process.

We aim to run classes and workshops that relate to our participants.
If there is a class you’d like to attend that you can’t see on our program, just let us know and we’ll organise to run it. Espressions of interest are always welcome.

Our Healesville artspace overlooks the Maroondah Dam, with views to travel far and wide for, but only an hour from Melbourne.

April 23 – 27, 2012. ‘Large Landscape painting’ 1 week.

This popular class is run over one week in Autumn each year.

Encaustic is an art process that uses wax as a medium for pigment. Great for embedding favourite things – prints, drawings, bus tickets… A creative medium with some fabulously luscious results! Use it to achieve mixed media results. Learn a new medium which is almost as old as civilisation…

This workshop is suitable for both encaustic novices or experienced practitioners… and takes you through how to use the encaustic medium and the possibilities of this wonderful stuff! Take home several small artworks.

It is suitable for past participants who have previously completed an encaustic class. Here’s a chance to hone your skills, try new things and get expert advice and answers to all your questions.
